On our Web site, every fair we produce has a page with the list of exhibitors. By hyperlinking company names, we give each company the opportunity to further spotlight their company with a web ad. This is a chance to explain more about your company�s history, available positions and their requirements, contact information, and corresponding artwork (i.e. company logo). Your company web ad can be listed for up to ninety days on our web site (45 days prior to the fair and 45 days after the fair). Although there are no strict deadlines for receiving web ad materials, we encourage companies to submit Internet-ready artwork as soon as possible, so we can provide you with the best service and maximum visibility. We will have your web ad available for viewing on our web site within five business days of receiving it (if the fair is within 45 days). The following information should assist you in developing your web ad:

• The ad is limited to one HTML file (i.e. no splash screens) and must be less than 3 pages printed from a browser.
• The file(s) must be IBM compatible. If you operate on Macintosh platform, please refer to our Macintosh instructions for more information on sending files.
• Graphics or images must be saved as separate files in one of the following formats: Gif (*.gif), JPEG (*.jpg), TIFF (*.tif), or BitMap (*.bmp).
  • Any design aspect that is not straight text, such as a starburst, is considered a graphic and needs to be saved separately.
• We recommend that the ad be less than 640 pixels wide to accommodate the smallest monitors, so anyone can view the ad easily.
• We can pull artwork from your company's web site, if we are given the specific address and exactly what to use from the site.
• Please send/fax a copy of the layout of how the ad should appear.
