Web Advertising with CFG

Every fair we produce has a page with a list of exhibitors on our web site; your company's name will be hyperlinked. Clicking on your company name will take the candidate to your web ad. This is an opportunity to explain more about your company's history, available positions and their requirements, contact information, and corresponding artwork (i.e. company logo). Please take a look at some samples. Your company web ad can be listed for up to ninety days on our web site. We will have your ad available for viewing on our web site within five days of receiving it. Notice there are no strict deadlines for web ads. We encourage companies to submit the ad as soon as possible, so we can provide you with the best service. This information should assist in developing your web ad.

Guidelines:

The ad is limited to one HTML file (i.e. no splash screens) and must be less than 3 pages printed from a browser.

The ad can include only two links (web and e-mail addresses only).

The files must be IBM compatible. If you operate on Macintosh platform, please refer to our Macintosh instructions for more information on sending files.

Graphics or images must be saved as separate files in one of the following formats: Gif (*.gif), JPEG (*.jpg), TIFF (*.tif), or BitMap (*.bmp).

Any design aspect that is not straight text, such as a starburst, is considered a graphic and needs to be saved separately.

We recommend that the ad be less than 640 pixels wide to accommodate the smallest monitors, so anyone can view the ad easily.

We can pull artwork from your company's web site, if we are given the specific address and exactly what to use from the site.

Please send/fax a copy of the layout of how the ad should appear.

Our company policy does not allow us to make changes to
text or images.

Web ads must be delivered in one of two ways:

Mail a 3.5" IBM formatted disk with the files to:

When sending files to us, please include the name of the company and contact information of someone we can call if there is a problem.

To send web ad information and artwork to us, files must be in one of the following formats:

Microsoft Word 97 (*.doc)	Works 3.0/4.0 for Windows (*.wps)
Rich text format (*.rtf)	Image files from IBM platform (.tif, .bmp)
