Media Campaign
CFG's progressive media campaign is geared toward attracting high quality candidates to the career fair. Multiple ads, including in-column, display and banner ads, run in classifieds and help wanted sections of major newspapers, employment and college newspapers for every fair we produce. In addition, radio and television spots on popular local stations help attract candidates who might not otherwise attend the event.
In addition to advertising in newspapers, CFG Inc. sends fair announcements to universities, colleges, trade schools, military installations, job services, diversity organizations, trade associations, local chambers of commerce, and professional societies to inform candidates looking for a career or career change. This increases exposure of the event and the quality of candidates who attend.

CFG's Web Site
CFG's Web Site promotes our fairs and your company for up to ninety days (forty-five days before and forty-five days after the fair), giving recruiters and candidates updated details about our fairs. Anyone can find our site through many search engines, including Yahoo!, Excite, Lycos, InfoSeek and WebCrawler. Our site is updated daily which encourages surfers to check back often.

Web Ads with CFG Inc.
CFG's web site provides a unique opportunity for recruiters to inform candidates about their company and available positions through up to ninety days of exposure for each event. With the purchase of a fair, your company's name is included on our list of exhibitors for that event. Your company also receives a standard web ad including company name, top available positions, recruiter's name, phone and fax numbers, links to e-mail and the company's web site - all generated by CFG! In addition, every company participating in an event has the option to produce its own web ad, which typically includes a company history, logo, available positions, benefit information, and contact information. - Meet Everyone - That one person may be the "Million Dollar" candidate.
- Recruit in Front of Your Table! Shake Hands! Smile! - Be one of the companies that have the opportunity to meet 100% of the candidates and not 35%.
- Sell Your Company to the Candidate - You are competing with other recruiters for the same candidate - make an impression.
- Have a Recruiting Plan - The best companies always have a recruiting plan.
- Have a tag team
- Interview on the spot
- Set up an open house after the fair or the following day
- Bring the hiring manager
- Have candidates fill out your company forms at the fair
- Have follow up interviews after the fair or the following day
- Be Ready to Hire - You do not want to lose your "Million Dollar" candidate to your competitor.
- Have More Than One Person There - You cannot meet everyone by yourself.
- Stay Until the Very End - The last person of the day may be that "Million Dollar" candidate.
