 BANKING CENTER MANAGERS

You must have 3+ years’ sales/business development experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

 BRANCH MANAGERS

You must have 3+ years’ sales/management experience, a strong bottom line management orientation and the ability to motivate employees.

 ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGERS

You must have sales experience as well as excellent customer service, marketing and supervisory skills.

 PERSONAL BANKING OFFICERS

You must have sales experience and customer service skills.

ALL POSITIONS require the flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends. Knowledge of loan products, financial services and accounting principles; BILINGUAL SPANISH-ENGLISH; and a college degree are definite pluses!
