| Job Description: | An entry-level position within a telecommunications service center. Duties include, but not limited to, daily collection activity on assigned pre-charge off accounts by communicating with customers according to the established collection procedure. Additional training for the purpose of increasing collection related knowledge and supervisory practices are provided. Each collection Manger Trainee is expected to provide superior customer service to our clients and their customers. Professionalism and excellent communications skills are essential. |

| Requirements: | Four Year College degree desired or 3-5 years collections, customer service or call center experience. Excellent communication skills are essential. |
